The Sims 4 Entrepreneur Skill: Overview and How to Gain It

What Is the Entrepreneur Skill?

The Entrepreneur Skill was introduced in The Sims 4: High School Years expansion pack. It allows Sims to become better at self-employed careers, side hustles, and business ventures. Here’s how your Sims can acquire and level up this skill:

How to Gain the Entrepreneur Skill

  1. Odd Jobs: Your Sims can start building their entrepreneur skills by completing odd jobs. These small tasks contribute to their overall skill development.

  2. Freelancer Career: Participating in the Freelancer career is another way to enhance the skill. Completing gigs in this career path will help your Sims hone their entrepreneurial abilities.

  3. Side Hustles: Sims can engage in side hustle careers such as Simfluencer or Video Game Streamer. These part-time careers directly contribute to their entrepreneur skill progression.

  4. Crafting and Selling: Encourage your Sims to create and sell items they’ve crafted. Whether it’s trendy outfits, paintings, sculptures, or even books, each sale boosts their skill level.

Levels of the Entrepreneur Skill

The Entrepreneur Skill has five levels, each offering unique benefits:

  1. Level 1“Sim has started building fledgling entrepreneur skills. Through hustling to build this skill, frame (but mostly fortune) awaits!” At this stage, your Sim is just getting started. Level up to unlock more advantages.

  2. Level 2“Sim is now brimming with great biz ideas and can also promote their hustle by advertising online.” At level two, your Sim gains the ability to advertise their business online. This can attract more followers and boost their income.

  3. Level 3“Gaining influence and multiple ways to earn money is key to Sim’s quest for world domination. To this end, she can now Research Business Plan.” Unlock the ability to research a business plan on a USB. Use a computer to access this feature.

  4. Level 4“Credibility is a sure-fire way to get other investors to part with their hard-earned Simoleons and back your biz. Sim can now use her carefully crafted Business Plans and Contact Angel Investors for Funding.” Contact angel investors for funding and watch the Simoleons flow in.

  5. Level 5: The pinnacle of entrepreneurial prowess! Your Sim has mastered the art of business and can now achieve greatness in their chosen field.

Llama’s Lair and Beyond

As your Sims progress in the Entrepreneur Skill, they can even apply to be on Llama’s Lair, a popular TV show where entrepreneurs pitch their ideas. So, encourage your Sims to dream big, hustle harder, and build their own Simoleon-filled empire!

Remember, the entrepreneurial journey is about more than just profits—it’s about passion, creativity, and making a mark in the Sim world. Happy entrepreneuring! 🌟📈🔥
